3. Platform Services

Web3transact provides the following services:

  1. Multi-Send / Batch Transfers – Send digital assets to multiple wallets in a single transaction.
  2. Coin Staking – Stake supported digital assets to earn rewards.
  3. Transaction Export – Export transaction histories in CSV and PDF formats.
  4. Encrypted Local Backup – Securely store wallet and transaction data locally with user-controlled encryption keys.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for the security of your wallets, private keys, and encryption keys.
  • You must ensure that all wallet addresses and transaction details are correct. Web3transact is not liable for errors or loss due to incorrect transaction details.
  • You agree not to use Web3 for illegal activities, money laundering, or any activity that violates applicable laws.
  • You are responsible for compliance with tax obligations related to staking or transactions.

5. Risk Disclosure

  • Crypto transactions are irreversible. Web3transact does not guarantee transaction success.
  • Staking rewards are subject to blockchain network conditions and validator performance; past performance is not indicative of future results.
  • By using our encrypted backup feature, you accept full responsibility for the storage and security of your encryption keys. Web3transact cannot recover lost or forgotten keys.

6. Fees and Charges

  • Transaction fees, network fees, or staking fees may apply.
  • Fees are subject to change based on network conditions or platform policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, and branding on Web3transact are the property of Web3transact or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Web3transact shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
  • This includes but is not limited to loss of funds, data, or staking rewards.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Web3transact, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or illegal activity.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or violate applicable laws.
